The fourth bedroom is a twin bedded room and is independent from the main house, across the private courtyard with its own entrance opposite the door of the Villa. Next door is the service room with toilet and hand basin. Adjoining this annex room is a separate utility room with large sink, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Outside is a 10 x 4 metre private pool with shower, large chimera style barbeque, garden table and chairs seating 8 people, and six sun beds, and is fully lit for summer evenings outdoors.

The property is secured and accessed by a long driveway with parking for approximately 4 cars surrounded by well stocked grassed gardens and surrounded by Pine trees.

For early and late season rentals, central heating is available at a small extra charge.
